Sinead joined EY Law LLP in 2023 with the US Business Immigration practice. She focuses on immigrant (PERM, I-130, I-140, and I-485) petitions and applications and represents clients before the Department of Labor and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Prior to joining EY Law, Sinead led a workplace investigation office at a leading Canadian university. She also practiced law in California, where she represented youth and children in dependency and immigration matters, including immigrant petitions, naturalization, criminal issues and waivers.
Sinead holds a BA from Pomona College, an MA from Yale University, and a JD from Yale Law School. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and licensed to practice law in the United States. She is a member of the Québec Bar (f.l.c.) and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
