Roxanne has 20 years of experience as a business immigration lawyer supporting clients with all aspects of Canadian, U.S. and global immigration. In addition to overseeing immigration compliance programs, Roxanne provides advisory services related to global immigration program management, policy development, vendor compliance and risk-management related to cross-border travel.
Roxanne joined EY as an Associate lawyer in 2007 and became a Partner in 2013. Roxanne leads our firm’s Calgary immigration team.
Roxanne is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of B.C., the Canadian Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is a former Chair on the board for the Centre for Newcomers, one of the largest settlement agencies in Alberta. Roxanne also has a long history of service with the Canadian Bar Association as past chair of the Southern Alberta Immigration Section and as an elected member of the National CBA Immigration Section for several years.
Roxanne is frequently called upon as a speaker on topics related to Canadian immigration and is recognized by Who’s Who Legal Canada, Chambers & Partners, Lexpert and Best Lawyers as one of the leading corporate immigration practitioners in Canada.
