For nearly 25 years, Peter has served clients of all shapes and sizes, spanning entrepreneurial ventures right through to Fortune 500 companies. He brings vast experience providing legal advice on matters related to private mergers and acquisitions, financial services and energy. Prior to joining EY, Peter combined his private practice and in-house general counsel experience to launch Conduit Law, one of Canada’s leading alternative legal service providers.

Peter holds degrees from Michigan State University College of Law and the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, as well as the State Bar of Michigan. An active member of Canada’s LegalTech community, Peter is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship and innovation in Canada, the US and Europe.
