Mehrnaz is a Manager and Senior Associate Attorney with EY Law LLP, Toronto. She provides a wide range of US business immigration legal services and handles a high volume of Labor Certification Applications (PERM), immigrant visa petitions including employment-based and family-based, and nonimmigrant visa petitions including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, and E-3.
Mehrnaz is licensed to practice immigration law in the United States and she is a registered Foreign Legal Consultant with the Law Society of Ontario. She is admitted to the California State Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
