As a Senior Attorney with EY Law’s US Business Immigration Team in Montréal, Max works with key corporate clients in the tech space to serve their immigration and consulting needs. Max specializes in both nonimmigrant visa and immigrant visa matters, including L-1, H-1B, O-1, TN and E visas alongside EB-1 I-140s, and employment and family-based adjustment of status. He is a member of the New York State Bar and holds a Foreign Legal Consultant Permit with the Barreau du Québec.
Max joined EY Law out of law school in 2019. Prior to joining, he spent his time working in college athletics with McGill University’s men’s football and hockey teams (CIS; U-Sports) and Penn State University’s men’s hockey team (BIG10; NCAA).
