Joo Young is a Director at EY Law LLP, based in Vancouver. She advises multinational organizations on complex business immigration and workforce mobility, with a focus on large‑scale immigration programs and cross‑border talent strategy.
She brings extensive experience leading broad-based immigration program delivery, including case management strategy, operational design, stakeholder coordination and process optimization.
