Jacob is a Manager with EY Law LLP based in Ottawa. He advises multinational companies and their employees on a wide array of immigrant and non-immigrant business immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1 and TN non-immigrant petitions, immigrant petitions and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Jacob worked in private practice and in-house in New York City, as well as for the Government of Canada.
Jacob is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) (Canada Chapter), a Foreign Legal Consultant with the Law Society of Ontario and a member of the New York State Bar (2017). He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree from University of Toronto.
