Gabrielle Ahélo is a Partner with EY Law LLP's Transaction Law practice in Montréal. She advises entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, private companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions and other strategic transactions.
Her practice focuses on private company M&A, including the acquisition and sale of businesses, strategic investments and growth transactions. Gabrielle advises clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and negotiation through to closing and post-closing matters. Acting as a strategic transaction lead, she coordinates the legal, tax, financial and advisory professionals involved in a deal, aligning her clients' business objectives with the efficient execution of transactions.
