Daniel is a Partner with EY Law LLP and is a member of the Tax Law Services group, focusing on international and transaction tax services. He regularly advises multinational corporate groups, Canadian private enterprises, and private equity funds on a variety of domestic and international tax matters, and has significant experience with inbound and outbound investment structures, corporate reorganizations, cross-border financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
