Chi Iliya Ndule is a Director in EY Law’s Business Law practice. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, commercial arrangements, reorganizations, joint ventures, governance and legal due diligence. She supports clients from structuring through execution, and provides business-focused advice on compliance and legal risk mitigation.

Before joining EY Law, Chi practiced at an international law firm in Toronto, where she advised on domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and manufacturing.

Qualifications and Certifications: 

Chi holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Olabisi Onabanjo University.

She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2010, the Law Society of Alberta in 2017, and the Law Society of Ontario in 2025.
