Chantelle advises multinational clients on complex temporary and permanent residence strategies, inadmissibility matters, compliance and cross-border mobility. Chantelle partners with her clients to deliver strategic advice and provide tailored education to support them in navigating evolving immigration policies and global mobility challenges. She represents clients across many industries, including manufacturing, technology, financial services, real estate, mining and investment management.
Chantelle gained experience at a global immigration and legal services firm, where she led national and regional strategy initiatives, and at a boutique immigration and refugee law practice. Committed to community and mentorship, she volunteers with the Canadian Bar Association and has volunteered with Legal Aid Ontario’s refugee law clinic and the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers.
