Vicky Cheng


Vicky is a Manager with EY Law LLP. She has over five years of professional experience in US business immigration. She supports and coordinates the delivery of immigration compliance and advisory services to multinational corporations, with a focus on the financial services sector, including international banks, financial institutions and asset management companies. Vicky brings technical, functional and linguistic skills to support the onboarding and transition processes for high-priority accounts. She manages high volumes of cases and correspondence while meeting strict service level agreements. She drives a range of operational improvements, including streamlining processes, automation and technology enablement.


Vicky was nominated for and participated in a highly competitive EY international assignment to support the management of a high-volume, global short-term business travel) program, process review and improvement, operational initiatives implementation, and global shared service oversight for Ernst & Young Tax Services Limited in Hong Kong.

She holds Bachelor of Administrative Studies with specialization in Business Management from York University in Canada. She also specialized in International Liberal Studies during her exchange program at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. Vicky is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and has functional fluency in Japanese.
