Manager, Associate Attorney
Stephen is a manager and associate attorney with EY Law LLP, practicing exclusively in the field of US immigration and nationality law. His practice focuses on non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN and O-1) and immigrant (PERM, I-140 and I-485) petitions and applications. He has experience working with clients in a number of sectors, including IT, healthcare, design and higher education.
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Stephen practiced US business immigration law for a leading firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has secured permanent resident status for a variety of professionals, including nurses, professors and IT consultants.
Stephen has also worked on a number of gender-based asylum claims, as well as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals applications.
Stephen was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2008 and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Before attending law school, he was a Fulbright Scholar in Hamburg, Germany, where he became fluent in German. He holds his JD from the University of Virginia and a BA from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
