Manager, Associate Attorney
Sarah is an attorney in EY Law LLP, where she manages the US green card process and related immigration benefits for clients. She oversees PERM, I-140, AOS and immigrant visa cases, and advises on both family-based and employment-based questions regarding legal permanent residency in the United States.
Sarah comes to EY with more than 10 years of experience with US business immigration, ranging the entire lifecycle from advising new start-up ventures on first-in visa options, to helping growing businesses establish immigration policies and practices, to implementing and managing large-volume programs for multinational corporations. She has worked on both nonimmigrant work visas (including H-1B, L-1, TN, J-1, E-3, O-1) and immigrant petitions for permanent residency (including EB-1 First Preference, EB-2 Second Preference and EB-3 Third Preference I-140 cases).
Sarah received her BA degree in Political Science and Hispanic Studies (double major) from McGill University (2007) and her JD from American University (2012). She is licensed to practice law in the United States (MD and DC) and is a registered foreign legal consultant with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Sarah has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2013.
