Roy Hollis

Manager, Associate Attorney

Roy provides a wide range of immigration legal services for corporate clients throughout the world. He has a vast knowledge of various US immigration matters, including temporary visas, permanent residency, citizenship, policy and compliance.


After graduating from law school and before joining EY Law LLP, Roy served as an associate attorney for a boutique immigration law firm in Lincoln, Nebraska. His primary focus was on managing immigration matters for multiple corporate clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the technology, health care and food manufacturing sectors. He provided counsel on a full range of nonimmigrant visa and immigrant visa services. In law school, Roy held various senior certified law clerk positions, including an internship with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Omaha, Nebraska, and with Creighton University School of Law’s Community Economic Development Clinic and Legal Clinic.

Roy also sat on the board of directors of a local nonprofit organization dedicated to the empowerment of the Latino community in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Roy is fluent in Spanish. He held an internship in General Villegas, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and studied abroad at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in Santiago, Chile.


Roy was admitted to the Iowa State Bar in 2012 and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He holds a JD from the Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska (2012) and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2009).
