Senior Associate Lawyer
Marc provides a wide range of legal services in the area of US immigration law and oversees a team of professionals engaged in a high-volume practice focusing on nonimmigrant visa matters.
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Marc was an attorney at top immigration law firms in Philadelphia, PA, and New York, NY, where he gained extensive experience in numerous sophisticated areas of immigration law, including employment-based and family-based immigration matters as well as naturalization and removal defense. Marc has advised start up companies and small businesses navigating the difficulties of US immigration laws and counseled domestic and multinational corporations across various industries, including publishing, pharmaceuticals, arts/entertainment, engineering and finance, in order to secure immigrant and nonimmigrant benefits for their employees and provide strategies and guidance on evolving adjudication standards.
Marc has also represented individual clients before the U.S. Immigration Court, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, and Customs and Border Protection on a diverse array of complex admissibility, asylum, cancellation and waiver issues.
Marc is admitted to practice law in the State of California as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Sixth Circuit. He is a registered Foreign Legal Consultant with the Law Society of Upper Canada and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
Marc holds his JD with a concentration in International Law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, and BA degrees in Psychology and Political Science from the City University of New York - Queens College in New York, NY.
